Truck-N-Trailer

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them due to their unprofessional finance and sales management team. I traveled from out of state to buy a vehicle and an extended warranty, but they completely mishandled a simple change in my down payment (more money), which I communicated to them two days before I arrived. They also neglected to disclose important issues noted in the carfax report and showed poor communication both internally and externally. To cover myself, I even paid a third party to inspect the vehicle because of those undisclosed issues on the carfax. I asked the dealer to verify certain details that were missing from the advertisement, and they assured me it would be done. However, it turned out to be unverified once

They couldn't have made it easier to do business with them. We are from out of state, made a couple of phone calls, drove down and took a look at the trucks, completed the paperwork and came back and picked them up a couple of weeks later. Simple to deal with, straight forward conversations on price and the condition of the trucks. Truck-N-Trailer will be a place that we look to do business with again.

I was very satisfied with the sales guy. Jeff was very friendly and understanding of my needs. Got what I wanted promptly and got me on the road fast with as much info I needed, plus some. I would definitely purchase another truck from them. Thx Jeff
