Truck Sales at U-Haul

Horrible experience. Still unresolved. Had an appointment for today, a week after I called. After standing at the desk for about 15 minutes, while the one employee in the store walked around looking for items to fill an order or maybe take inventory, I was finally able to leave my keys and car to have a hitch installed . An hour and a half later, U-haul called and said that they installed the hitch, but had not received the wiring, so couldn't complete the job. They said they could order it and it should only take a day or two. I explained I had come almost an hour to have the work done, but they really didn't seem to care. When I went to get my car back, I paid for the hitch and tow kit. I assumed the kit was in the back of the car, but, no luck. They charged me for it, but never

Went to rent a car dolly. After digging one or of the snow, their lights on one side didn't work. Unhooked everything. Did another one out of the snow. Taillights didn't work on one side of this dolly either. The guys were apolagitic and have us our money back. Just a bad day all around.

Do not set up an auto payment for your storage shed. When you move out they will continue to charge it. This location does not answer the phone, therefore the customer service is non existent. Go somewhere else.

I had a reservation for a truck, and when I showed up, none were available. Had to pay another company $200 per day just to move my stuff literally a mile. Very poor service.

Understaffed. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone so I went there and the line was to the door. Tried to rent a car dolly and was told I had to have a reservation.
