My experience with Bob at Truck Valley Truck Sales was incredible. I very seldom buy a vehicle or piece of equipment without putting my hands on it. I called Bob and told him we needed a truck for farm use. Without hesitation he guided me to a truck he had and went over every detail about the truck. I made additional phone calls to him with questions about the truck and he promptly answered my questions. After agreeing to purchase the truck the paperwork was completed within 2 hours and the truck was delivered to me within 5 days. Bob made all the arrangements. First let me say what a GREAT experience I’ve had with doing business here. Bob is sooo amazing! Started with one phone call and he followed through till the end. Whatever questions I had he answered, he was knowledgeable about the trucks, and was very professional. I got a good used 2015 Freightliner Cascadia and it runs like a champion! Bob took my truck and had it inspected before I flew into town in which saved me a lot of time. He had Jim who was very professional and friendly to pick my fiancée and I up as soon as we landed with no problems. Which saved me time and money. I went to the shop picked up my truck gave it a test drive back to the dealership and I loved it! As a first time buyer I was so nervous about checking everything out and making sure I had everything I needed in line. I dealt with Bob on everything with this transaction and he made this process so simple and smooth. He didn't tower over me and try to distract me from doing my thing while checking out the truck but was not far and was more than happy to answer all my questions.
