Truck Wash at Love's Travel Stops

I paid $120+ for the ultimate tractor and trailer wash . There was one guy working in the bay and this is like a semi- automatic truck wash which I was not expecting . It was just absolutely terrible . I’m not blaming the one guy working there because there’s only so much he can do by himself , but they shouldn’t open the business when they’re understaffed or they shouldn’t charge you the full price when the job is absolutely terrible . I know there isn’t a perfect truck wash , but I’ve never have a truck wash feel like it was a total ripoff . The fenders on my truck were still filthy , the bumper was not super clean , the steps were so dirty , the catwalk was very dirty , back side of mirror still filthy etc …. I’ve had bad experiences at truck washes , but nothing compares to this one .

I have never taken my regular truck to a truck wash. I had been hearing wonderful things about the Pauls Valley Truck Wash. So tonight I took it. I was very nervous but William made me feel very confident and calm with a clear understanding how the process goes. William was very professional and did a phenomenal job! I was beyond impressed. My truck didn’t even look this good off the lot when I got It. I will definitely be back and will be telling everyone how great it is!!!

It's been a while since my truck has been washed this badly. The photo is only on one side, since I've already washed the rest of the sides with a cloth and a glass cleaner...

Terrific customer service. Blake showed me what I could get and the prices. Put together what I wanted. Truck was pretty dirty from coming from up north and he shined her up. Then after he wanted me to inspect and make sure I was happy with the wash and if he needed to get a spot I wasn’t satisfied with. Again great customer service and great job done.
