Ask yourself, how many used car dealers do you find an average 4.5 star review? It's rare, and in this case well deserved. From my initial contact with Truck World, I found Bob the owner, and later in the sales process his daughter Makensie, to be genuine small business owners who are interested in building relationships that will last beyond the sale of one vehicle. I had been in the market for a mid-2000’s Tacoma for a few months and after many very questionable and/or negative sales experiences I luckily came across a listing for a Tacoma from Truck World. I waited a year to write this review to see what else would go wrong with the truck. I absolutely love this truck but I figured I should tell what happened to me. I bought a 2016 ram 3500 in 11/24 truck looked great and was reasonably priced so I drove 3 1/2 hours to look at it. When I got there the truck looked nice as I was looking it over the owner came out and started talking to us and told me that he had just put a bunch of new on it to sell it and that the truck can’t be inspected because of the tires which was not stated on his website and that I couldn’t test drive it because of that but wasn’t a big deal to me because I live in a different state. I've genuinely never encountered a dealership as honest and helpful as this one. Despite having a foreclosure and repossession on my credit history, they managed to get me approved for not just one, but two vehicles! The finance manager is a total wizard. The finance companies they partner with are straightforward, friendly, and offer outstanding customer service. Both vehicles I purchased are mechanically sound, run great, and are in excellent condition. They truly listened to my family's needs and concerns, and found us two vehicles that were the perfect fit. We will forever return to this family owned business that truly treated us like family. I know where we will be going when my kiddos need there first cars.

This was the best auto shopping experience I have ever had. Hands down. The price was unbeatable. The people are fantastic. They gave me a break on the price for taking my old car !! Making deals all day. I would 10/10 recommend. I’ll have this truck for another 10 years but when the time comes again I’ll be coming back -Dan
