I’m very disappointed with the service I received from them. My car was put in the shop to get a tuneup and they end up breaking the some parts under my hood and then placed tape on it and then wanted me to pay for it. The refused to fix the problem they created.This was the Chevy side. Also they ordered the wrong parts for the car and we had to pay the difference, when the parts had already been paid for.

We have purchased many vehicles from Truckville. The inventory may change but the way the people treat you does not. Always honest, no haggling, no fees, and no shady business/number changing in the finance office. Every time we buy a vehicle here, I wonder why we ever shop anywhere else. Did you know that this dealerships get their parts for cheaper than you can at O'reilly's or Autozone because they have a commercial account and they buy parts there more than we do. For example. I brought my truck to have some work done on it like a water pump. This place went down to O'reilly's and bought the water pump cheaper than what I could get it and charge me 25% more, then what I could get it for. And they charge a 160.00 dollars an hour labor. If I had known that, I would have gone down there and picked it up myself. And that was just one thing. And they don't even warranty the part. I would not bring my truck back to these people ever again. I suggest that anyone who does bring their vehicle there to have It worked on really does their homework first.

It's hard to find a place I can leave my truck with and feel good about it,... Truckville is That place!! The everyone there has a good positive vibe. The part price was better than other dealerships I had checked.... and they were actually finished with my truck an hour sooner than estimated!!! All in all Truckville is a great experience and my only dealership!
