Was told 2-3 days for a detail. She had it for over a week. Something about running out of supplies. The girl wasn’t there for pick up. I sent pictures via text of the problem areas. Neither the glove compartment nor center console was touched. Neither front seats were cleaned other than vacuumed. The ceiling upholstery and visors were not touched. The plastic dye was streaked and spotted in areas. White splatter on some exterior sections. The door sills were not cleaned. Creases of plastic on exterior not cleaned. Gave two stars cause the headlights and complimentary polish(I thought it was included with a detail) came out well. I’d discussed at length that the primary purpose was to have the upholstery thoroughly cleaned as the previous owners had left it a mess and musty smelling. Very

Great customer service. And did an excellent job mounting and balancing my tires, as well as installing leveling kit and front end alignment. Truck drives perfect and rides smooth. Worth the hour drive to get there. The prices are very fair. And they have a comfortable waiting area. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Truckworks!

Awesome job on my truck. Great people to deal with

The people at truck works had my son's truck from 8am til 445pm an only washed the outside. They charged him 125 dollars for an incomplete job. Originally they told him it would be finished by mid day when he called to check on it at 1 pm they told him they were working on the inside it would be ready close to 5pm. When he got there they had not even cleaned the inside an continued to make excuses for why it was not completed. I would not recommend anyone using this group could have ran through splash hopper and got same results for 100 dollars less.
