We brought our truck to this shop on October 17. They started working on it the next day, the 18th. First, they said they needed to clean the DPF before running diagnostics. After cleaning the DPF, they said there was an issue with the fuel lines, so they cleaned those and ran another test. Next, they told us the injector seals were bad and had to be replaced — but the warranty wouldn’t cover the seals, so we agreed to pay out of pocket. It took them about a week to ten days to finish that job. After that, they said the batteries were bad, claiming low voltage was preventing them from connecting to the computer. We approved new batteries. The next day, after testing again, they told us the same issue remained and that they would need to call in a technician from another dealer to figure

Shop mechanic Thomas is the best in the business I been on this road 25 years been in every state have never had customer service and work done on my truck so excellent we need more in this business like him exceptional person I spent $2000 it felt like 20 cents with his humor and skill level just and exceptional experience!!

Gentleman in the parts department was super friendly and helpful over the phone. They had plenty of stock of the part I needed. Drove by, picked it up and enjoyed the smooth experience!

Get better trained people for your parts department. The guy couldn’t tell me the specifics of the battery they have. I asked if they have 190 dual purpose battery he didn’t understand that.
