ZACK WAS THE BEST !! This was my first visit and i have a 2013 Cadillac ATS and my check engine light was on. So I had a coupon for a free check engine light diagnostic and they took me in right away. They sent pictures and videos of what was going on which I really appreciated because no one really does that. Fixed my car within a reasonable time and price. Zack gave me a tour around the shop and talk to some of the pro Mechanics. This place is great and i'll definitely be back and recommending family and friends.

Today I visited True Automotive and was assisted by Kevin, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Kevin was truly amazing extremely knowledgeable about my Mercedes-Benz and clearly very experienced. He took the time to explain things thoroughly and provided valuable insight, which I really appreciated. From the moment we arrived, Kevin was warm, friendly, and welcoming. I had a great experience at True Automotive and I’m so grateful for their help. My car had a severe oil leak that caused it to start smoking unexpectedly. I had gone to another mechanic first and was told the valve cover needed to be replaced. A family member recommended True Automotive because they offer payment plans, which was important to me at the time since I was going through a financial hardship. From the moment I walked in on Friday, the team was friendly and welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable and reassured. Wow, wow, wow! Another amazing experience! This is my second time being serviced at TRUE Automotive in Lawrenceville. I went in because my battery light kept coming on, which led to me being stranded. I called True, Kevin was so friendly and understanding of my situation. He was able to get me in right away. Fuzzy was so kind and amazing. He serviced my car and kept me informed during the entire process. What I truly like about this establishment is how they operate with respect, honesty, and integrity. We have been coming to true automotive for a while now! Working with Zack, he has become like family to us. Any issue that came up he diligently worked with us to get the issues handled. They do good work and stand on their word. Great people to work with the whole office is very accommodating.
