I give True Automotive three five stars for their hard work and effort to solve the problem with my vehicle. I was told that there was a transmission problem at the dealership. Looked around for many mechanics and they all quoted me an excessive amount of money for a transmission rebuild. I discovered True Automotive by chance and was linked with Raul. Had brought the vehicle to True Automotive and the problem was not the transmission at all! It was a simple fix and saved me thousands of dollars. Never trust the dealership at all cost. I would definitely recommend True Automotive. Great customer service by Jeffrey and staff. If I have any future problems. Would go there again. Thank you all very much for your due diligence! I am always skeptical if car shops, and this one was further from us, but hubby knew someone who worked there, so we tried it. Amazing service that gelt authentic from the phone calls to check on iur car to the provess of paying the bill. Made me interested to learn how the company started, so I read the story they had posted inside. Makes sense. Hard Working people who just want to treat others right and get the job done well. Had an amazing experience with TRUE Automotive, worked with Maurice with servicing my classic 1995 Chevy Impala SS while being abroad. The service and correspondence was top tier as he helped me address some of my concerns I had with the vehicle after being garaged for an extended amount of time. He helped me get my car road worthy and ready for a long road trip immediately following service and ready for shipment in upcoming weeks to my next assignment. Road trip completed without incident and the car cruised easily and effortlessly as I completed 800+ miles over a weekend trip to FL.
