Decided to just check back at this places got awful reviews. I’ve noticed that they’d like to get their recent one star reviews removed to try and pull the wool over people’s eyes that they’re not gonna sell you a complete piece of junk and scam you. This place needs to shut its doors. To start off they attempted to meet up with my girlfriend to see about a car, assuming that just a small girl would show up by herself before seeing who was in the car three grown men approached my girlfriend with the plans to make out on their end of the deal big time. Luckily, I was there with her to see this vehicle that they said had surface rust it was so rusty I was able to poke my fingers right through the metal and it would just crumble the second I touched it. I purchased a car online from True Cars Inc., in January, 2018. Kevin Olson and the team were very helpful in answering my questions and sending pictures of the car. They set up delivery for the vehicle to my location in Gulf Shores, Alabama. According to the shipping invoice that Kevin emailed to me, the shipping was paid in full. When the vehicle arrived, I was told that $300 cash was owed for the delivery. The driver and I both called Kevin, who returned my call within 20 minutes (this was at 9PM EST.) Kevin assured that the vehicle shipping was paid in advance and said if I paid the delivery driver, that he would reimburse me for the $300 (otherwise, the delivery driver would put the car back on the truck and leave.) We went thru an ordeal about a rim that had to be replaced. Finding a match became impossible and tedious. I was eventually going to replace them all anyway and they helped me make that happen. Made me happy with the vehicle I really wanted.

My experience at True Cars Inc. has been nothing but great. Kevin worked with me to make sure I purchased a great vehicle and at a great price. Faith was also very helpful. I LOVE my new vehicle and would recommend if you want a great ride go to True Cars Inc.

After having my car for not even 2 months, it started overheating to the point of not being able to driven. They towed my car from my house to them (about a 5 min drive). And told me LITERALLY every single day for over 2 weeks that they were either waiting on yet another part, or that they were going to the junk yard to get another piece. If any of that was true, with the amount of times they told me that, the car should pretty much be brand new at this point. In the end, when I literally had to have my mother call to find out what was going on, they told me that I had to pay for towing, labor and cost of parts, before I got the car back.
