Had an excellent experience with Kevin and Jalen. Shop itself is nicely appointed, lobby is comfortable and contemporary with comfy furniture and business bar with wifi, coffee, and snacks. Impressive system of documenting everything that is being done and recommended. Was able to take me quickly and performed the service quickly as well. Reasonably priced. Job well done guys!

Super clean shop (seriously you could eat off the floors) despite how busy they are! Rob and the team run a very clean operation here. My experience with True Automotive was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any repair shop. The pricing was extremely high compared to other reputable shops in the area, and the explanations for the charges were inconsistent and unclear. It felt like the focus was on maximizing the bill rather than providing honest, transparent service. The communication and overall organization of the shop were also very concerning. Information changed, questions were not clearly answered, and the level of professionalism from management left a lot to be desired. When you’re dealing with expensive vehicle repairs, customers deserve clear communication, fair pricing, and accountability — none of which I felt I received here.
