Zach was a pleasure to work with, great at communicating, and overall very professional with his work. The work for replacing my fender, grille, light, and bumper was done quite quickly, the quality was great, and the estimate I received was cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere, and I’d absolutely go to True North if I ever need their services again! Highly recommended! The process of replacing the tailgate and rear bumper on my F-150 was just as described, these guys demonstrated transparency in all phases of the transaction, including exactly how much it would cost, and the time it would take to complete. Zach offered me options and demonstrated what each would cost. And… the repairs were done to perfection! Paint matches exactly , and parts are fitted perfectly as well. No surprises with these guys. I had front end bumper damage from going into a snow ditch on I-75, in my 2025 Subaru Crosstrek premium. I went to this shop and got a free estimate, it was fair price and they were very straightforward with the parts and labor. After the parts where in my car was fixed in a few days, and they were great with communication. I 100% recommend them, in my opinion it’s the best shop of the Sault Ste. Marie area
