True RV

I bought my RV from True RV on the Monday before Thanksgiving. It had a very small issue, and on Thanksgiving Day I texted Paul, the owner. He responded immediately and even tried to help me troubleshoot the problem on a holiday. I told him the day after Thanksgiving would be fine, and the next day his technicians fixed the issue right away. This is the best customer service I could ask for. True RV stands by their word and truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them.

I bought a rv back in march of 2024. The rv is great! The buying process with Paul and his team was smooth. I recommend using this company! The reason for the three stars is because after I picked up the rv they said the bedroom window shade was missing but they had ordered it and would ship it straight to my house as soon as they got it. Fast forward a year and some change and I still haven’t received the window shade. I’ve tried to get ahold of them EVERY single way I can think of but haven’t been successful. The customer service was amazing until the money went through. Hoping by leaving this review they can make this right and hold true to the promise they made. I still recommend this place as the truly important things in/on the trailer are as they described.

I have waited a few months, and a few thousand miles to leave a useful review. Paul and the team at TrueRv are very professional, honest, and experienced. He has taken time to go through everything in great detail, and been attentive to any follow-up questions. I am extremely happy with the purchase, and would definitely buy there again.
