TruShine Car Wash VII

Hands down the best car wash around, and we’ve used all of them. Where do I start? When we pulled up, we had many questions as most do. We were greeted by Sebastian at the kiosk, he was able to answer every single one of our questions about the different washes and plans. When we pulled up to get the wash we asked the employee to scrub the front bumper extra since we had just came back from a beach trip, and they did so exceptionally!!! After the wash we used the vacuums and free window cleaner, man is that option helpful. All around very very good experience, we WILL be back here.

Great car wash, but the workers in the beginning do a very limited amount of work. And their tire shine application is terrible. It never goes nicely around the whole tire. Gets all over my wheels and if you don't wipe the tires and wheels down and get the extra tire shine off....it will be all over the side of your car.

Over all nice people pretty good wash. But for whatever reason the wheels don't get rinsed off good leaving the dirt running down. And if you do not wipe them off immediately that would dry and look like they weren't washed. So considering the price is adjusted for the hands on cleaning the rinse off needs to be addressed, because the workers did their part. Most people take their vehicle to places like this to limit hands on especially those not capable of detailing their own car.

The folks at location VII in Jonesborough are excellent! Always very friendly and helpful. My wife and I have a membership, and are always very pleased with our wash. You can’t beat the price, and most importantly, there was never any high pressure to purchase; something hard to find anywhere else! The property and equipment is kept in immaculate condition. Great job 👏 to all!

Stopped here today for first time. My car had not been washed all year and I was absolutely blown away when I got home and looked it over. The greeter was so helpful and friendly. I will sign up for a monthly wash tomorrow. Thanks for opening your car wash in Jonesborough!!
