Trust Auto Repair

Don’t bring your car here. Mechanics are inexperienced. Will scam and take your money but won’t actually fix the problem. Just enough so you’ll drive off satisfied but the problem will occur again in a few days. I came here 4 times in 30 days for the same problem. Had me pay for new parts, labor etc. Instead of them saying they’re unable to fix it they took my money. They must’ve thought they could get over cause I’m a woman but I will be disputing and reporting them to the attorney general consumer protection.

On my two cars on one they charge me for a used engine 8200 And broke again and and my other one 3000 And the cars both their were missing screws and broken plastics scamers very pricey. If you tell them they got mad

CAME IN TO GET OIL PAN SERVICED THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND MESS YOUR CAR UP EVEN MORE PAID 500$ AND NOW MY CAR IS SHUTTING OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD FO YOU KNOW HOW DANGEROUS THAT IS! PEOPLE CAN DIE DUE TO THIS YALL ARE I UNPROFESSIONAL ONLY COME HERE IF JOHN THE OLD MAN IS HERE NOT HIS SON !!!

Came in and didn't even need a appointment. Had a check engine light on the day before and they got me in and out within a couple of hours.

It was a scary ordeal driving in near zero temperatures, on Friday, with an overheating engine. I was a cold shivering mess, from nerves, & anxiety. Joe took my keys, pulled my car into the garage, discovered there were two additional hoses, connected to the radiator, that needed replacing. A few days earlier, he, & his crew, had replaced the bottom, hose, & clamp. He worked, & worked, I sat, & sat, but oh, how the wait was worth it. He persevered, until the problem was solved. And oh what sweet relief it was to drive again, with heat! I believe I've found an Auto Repair Shop, that I can 'Trust,' and I'm grateful for Joe, & his team, for their expertise! What a wonderful Valentine's Present! ❤👍🏾 Thank You.
