Russ @ Trust Auto was both professional and personable throughout the purchasing process. He went the extra mile by making a FaceTime call to show me both the interior and exterior of the vehicle. He was upfront about minor blemishes and even went so far as replacing the windshield on the Jeep I purchased, even though we didn’t notice it on the vehicle inspection. Russ and his team remained involved until the vehicle was delivered from their location in Maryland to my home in Tennessee. I would highly recommend the team at Trust Auto to any of my friends. Had the sale through Don a 2019 Ford mustang convertible. He was very upfront with the tires that need to replacing and the pictures which showed all the flaws. This is how salespeople need to be. Totally trustworthy in my book.
