Trustwell Living of Springfield

I moved my mom into the memory care unit at Trustwell of Springfield after repeated falls at the assisted living facility she had been in. It was a tough decision, but Kathy was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. I have been very impressed with the level of care she has received. After five months she has not had a single fall. The staff in memory care is very friendly and attentive. The facility feels clean, safe, and comfortable. I’m very happy with the decision to move her there.

My Mom has lived at Trustwell Living for a year and half. My Mom was never someone who wanted to live in a “nursing home”. But Trustwell is so much more the staff and Director have worked closely with us to make her stay the best. But there is one staff member who has become family. Dee Jockisch the best! She answers all questions we have or directs us to the correct person, she always checks in on Mom, has kept Mom’s puppy with her when we take Mom out, amongst many other things. If I was running an organization I would have Dee at the top of the chart and Head of my leadership Team. Dee is more than a team member to us, she is our 4th sister.

My mother has resided at Trustwell for over a year. During her time there we have developed many relationships with the staff. One member of staff that goes above and beyond is office manager Dee. She is always helpful and ready with a smile even while undergoing cancer treatments. Everything seems to run smoother with Dee in the office.

My mom has been in Memory Care for 18 months at Trustwell. It was a major change moving her from her assisted living facility into Memory Care, but with Dee's support, the change has gone well. Dee is the most amazing person and without her, we would all be lost. She helps in so many ways and never hesitates to jump in where needed. We (residents and families) all love her!

Dee has been a Godsend to our family since we moved our mother into Trustwell living of Springfield. She has been the beacon of light we needed to navigate the day to day operations of how Trustwell works. If we have a concern or questions, she directs us. She is truly an asset to the community there and believe me, we would all be lost without her. We love you Dee! Lisa Welsh
