My wife and I were marooned while traveling from Steamboat Springs to Albuquerque NM for the balloon Fiesta, we were towing our larger 5th wheel with our 2014 Ram Dually Diesel. The DEF system in our truck failed and stranded us. Rudy and his staff were great, diagnosed, ordered parts and repaired it!
