Great customer service and very professional.

Absolutely horrible service. Brought my 2022 Freightliner M2 class in for a DPF replacement and after 1) overcharging me 2) sabotaged my truck. Ever since getting the “work” done my truck turns off automatically in the middle of driving (mostly highway, OTR driving). No response from pressing the gas pedal or anything, while nothing comes up on the dash (check engine/fault codes etc.). This has happened more than Ten(10) times since the DPF was apparently replaced. Upon bringing it back to them to see what the problem was (after all day of waiting) I was told that they found nothing wrong with the truck and said it was safe to drive. The next day the same thing happens and the service manager Chris tells me to bring it in to look at it. Bring it in the next day, they take all day again to

Called today regarding a Freightliner M2 blower motor with matching p/t # and this guy LARY tells me it's not their part....kidding me???? Aye MATT thanks for getting me out of a jam.
