TSC Direct

Very shady company, when I purchased my current vehicle a Jeep Wrangler they dropped me because they claimed they do not insure those vehicles. I see thousands of Jeep Wranglers around and have never heard that they are a dangerous vehicle - I think this was just a way to drop me ( no points, summons, accidents) - whatever they suck.

This people cancel my insurance without a notice, the excuse was. That I don’t drive my car enough. according to them I have to put a year 14,000 miles what a JOKE, I just have my car for personal errands. I Don’t recommend TSC, if you don’t drive your car over 14,000 miles a year, they will cancel it. Also they owe me money which I didn’t get back, the sales representative was an A$$

Horrible insurance company. Horrible customer service. I received the offer by mail from this company and they offered an auto insurance.It was kind of a good deal and since my current auto policy with another company was going to expired very soon I decided to change a company. I picked my coverage up and filled the application. The application was sent and I got back that the representative was going to contact me shortly. I was waiting for about 2 hours but never got back.It was about 6 p.m. already and I called up to the company. The lady told me that all representatives finished their work for that day and if she could find somebody he or she was going to give me a call. I would like to graciously commend TSC Direct for believing in my credit worthiness and offering me insurance at an affordable rate, when no one else would. After 8 months my credit is up, now I get calls talking about how the big 5 insurance companies can save me money. I respectfully decline your offers. I’m sticking with TSC Direct because they stuck with me. Credit looking good NO traffic tickets, No DUI’s Good Driving Record. Brand new car with less than 3,000 miles in 6 months. I’m Good!! Than You again a TSC you have a customer for life. New Yorkers Reach Out To Them Could Save You $$$$.

Avoid the time lost and headaches dealing with them. They lure you in , then only to throw you away. They have a horrible process of determining whether they want to insure an individual for car insurance. I had switched hoping to lower my insurance cost. I took time and answered all their questionnaire and provided all information they requested to set up a policy. Then I had to take a day off to go to one of their inspection locations to show the condition and status of the car, so they could take photos of the car, in order to confirm OKAY covering my car under their insurance. After all that time and effort, less than two months later my policy was CANCELLED by their underwriting department because of an incident that was not my fault (a car side-swiped me and drove away).
