Tsunami Express Car Wash

I've been coming to this car wash for a while, but since the ownership changed, I've noticed a difference in the quality. Unfortunately, my car came out still dirty this last time. It seems like the washing mechanism may have been changed, because it's not cleaning as thoroughly as before. I spoke with the staff and suggested running the car through again. They were very kind and polite, which I truly appreciate. The customer service was good, but the actual wash quality needs improvement. I hope the new management can address this, because this used to be a great place to get a car wash.

Paid for $22 wash, and the truck was still very dirty when it came out. The folks working were super nice, and when I explained what happened, they let me run it through again. It was only slightly cleaner the after the second run. I don't know why their car wash is not good, it seemed to do better as a take 5? I don't know what they've changed, but it is not very good at cleaning the car. They get 2 stars only because the staff is awesome, and the interior cleaning supplies. The wash itself is nearly useless. These pictures are after the 2nd wash. I'm sure Tsunami will tell me to contact them directly - please don't, instead perhaps you should work on making your wash better.

My vehicle was damaged in the car wash and my claim was denied saying it wasn’t the car wash fault. My vehicle was stopped in the car wash caught on the piece that cleans your tires. An employee found a bolt stuck under it preventing it from going back out all the way. During the camera footage you can clearly see I never pressed the brakes. I would stay away from this car wash unless you want your vehicle damaged.

Dirt wash dripping after carwash and didnt clean car well at all. Water is dirty or something because my car hasnt been through mud. Glad I canceled my membership after seeing this.

Great car wash with modern equipment. But most importantly, the people who work here are always helpful, kind, and genuinely try to assist you. That alone gives you more than most other places. Detailing center included ! Definitely recommend!
