Tsunami Express Car Wash

I wanted to first say that all of the staff at this place are excellent and very friendly and are willing to help you. And I think they deserve a special recognition for putting up with this disaster of changing from Take5 over to Tsunami car wash! From the start of them trying to transfer our vehicles over to the new company it has been a complete mess. I go to both Waverly and Chillicothe locations and both locations are facing the same troubles. So after what we thought was a complete transfer everytime we go to the wash the system doesn't recognize our plates. I contacted the customer service via email because I tried to fix everything on the available app only to find out that they had significantly increased prices after we were told there would not be any change in our monthly plan.

Obviously a hand wash is the best way to get your vehicle cleanest. And I was never a big fan of the automatic ones in the past. The stand alone ones without the awesome detail area are the ones I’ve used in the past. Because of the detail area with its free supplies to use that really makes up for the little bit of work I have to go behind the wash and get. Like soap residue that’s left in areas of like where my hatch closes or hood closes. Not a big deal. The lowest part of my doors sometimes need a little extra TLC but again the detail area makes all of that so much nicer. I do use my own cleaning chemicals though bc I like them the best. But I now no longer have to have towels to dry with or worry about shoving quarters in a vacuum if I did t have my shop vac. I definitely feel I g

Very good car wash! My van was a bit dirty with bugs all over the front. Just wish you had some one that presoaked the front to help get them off. The guys working were very friendly!

I really like TAKE5 car wash. It gets my car clean for the most part. I have a membership. If I'm not satisfied I can go through again. As many times as I feel I need to. I wish they had one in Jackson Ohio THAT WOULD BE AWESOME. OVER ALL I'M HAPPY WITH THE MEMBERSHIP SERVICE. Oh I forgot to say they have rags and cleaner there for you. So if you forget your window cleaner, rags and interior cleaner...it's there for you.

First time at a Take 5. Great experience! Leelee was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Got a great wash, and the detailing station was well stocked and organized with cleaners and cloths. Highly recommend!
