Tsunami Express Car Wash

Tsunami Express Car Wash was nice. Convenient location for a wash. Seems to have a portion of the drive up area under construction or something. But the staff is polite aba wash was good!

Morse Road location. Avoid this location! My car was already on my husband’s plan, but because their system couldn't read my license plate, the attendant took my card and email, claiming it was just for "validation." Instead, they set up a second hidden autopay account and double-charged us. ​This is predatory and greedy. They essentially tricked me into a second subscription while I was already paying for one. Absolute thieves—check your statements carefully if you go here

Since Tsunami took over the service been horrible! The dryer not working right then there's never any towels. I canceled my membership this morning. I tried to give it a chance but its getting worse. Today I was told they had to go to the laundry mat for clean towels but there's a washer an dryer there. Just alot of excuses and no solutions.

This is my first time to go through the auto wash shop. It took a short time to get thru, so the cleaning might not be enough. Service was friendly and the price was great.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit today, particularly given my positive experience during my previous visit a couple of days ago. Upon closer inspection today, I discovered that the clear coat on a portion of my driver's door has been compromised, whereas it was in pristine condition when I visited a couple of days ago. Notably, my 2019 Buick Enclave did not have any clear coat chips prior to today and, in fact, it's not just a chip - it's a significant spot that I would have noticed after the last wash. I have visited other car washes without incident and began frequenting this location due to its proximity to my residence. I attempted to contact customer service immediately upon leaving, as I was unable to speak with the manager due to my need to pick up my children from school.
