The Body shop appraiser was courteous, and explained all I needed to know. His secretary was very pleasant, also. The job was completed in a timely manner. I was very pleased with T&T Coast Body Shop.
The best in town, easy experience when you buy one here in the dealership. Frank helped me out in buying process. Made very comfortable while doing paper work, no hidden charges, everything was straight and smooth. Best experience! Highly recommended!
Dave and Bill in service are great. I like to interview my dealer service writers. I could not be happier with those two guys. I love my 2019 Buick Lacrosse and they did a great job repairing it through warranty services. Prompt efficient quality repairs. Thnx guys.
Much improved customer service. Staff more respectful of customers. Repairs explained and made to my satisfaction. Waiting area clean and more inviting.
Will never use again. Was going to start looking at buying a new vehicle, but never here!
