TTJ Towing and Recovery

perfect towing experience! tony was quick and efficient when my car was stuck in the parking garage at my job! in and out in literally 20 minutes. he knows what he’s doing for sure! ever need a tow use tony!!

In 2/1/2024 I requested tow service from AAA and they sent out TTJ Towing as a subcontractor. TTJ towing hydraulic lift failed and dropped my Vehicle causing major damage. TTJ tow truck driver apologized about the incident and he advised his boss the owner of TTJ was aware of the faulty hydraulic system on the tow truck and as this truck hydraulic system gave out on him while towing his daughter vehicle. AAA is not covering loss and I was directed to get insurance carrier information from the owner. I have called TTJ Towing multiple times, have left numerous voice mails and none have be return. BE ADVISED IF THIS COMPANY DROPS AND DAMAGES YOUR VEHICLE THEY WILL GIVE YOU THW RUN AROUND.

They did good. A little late but I had some wiggle time to get my car to the mechanics. They were efficient and quick. good attitude and called and made sure they had all the details so they can do their job professionally.

When I called for service, it took him no time to get to us, hook up the car, and deliver it to its destination. He was very nice and careful with my car, which I appreciated. Also, he was very respectful to my needs. He even asked if we wanted a coffee, that he would bring us some. 😊😊 If we ever need another tow, I will definitely refer TTJ Towing to anyone I know who may need towing and a caring person to assist! Thank you for being there for us with the quickness!!! 🥰😊💙
