Pretty similar to a lot of the reviews I see here already. This place is a complete joke. They charged my insurance over $2800 to, wait for it, take off the bumper, destroy a piece of plastic trim (thanks for that guys), and remove a tail light. When I wanted the vehicle back, they hand you a pile of parts. Their policy and all, once the vehicle is "totaled" (according to their nonsense pricing I'm sure the space shuttle would be a total loss for a scratch) they don't touch it. So, once they can't make any more money off you, then they stop immediately and leave you with an undrivable car. But wait, there's more, they call back 30 minutes later offering to reassemble your car to what you dropped it off as, but for *drum roll* yep you guessed it even more money. So much for your poli

Car was returned to me with damaged parts that weren't damaged when I dropped the car off. Interior of the car was completely dusted out like they were sanding bondo nearby and all the windows were down. Lighting wires were senselessly cut for reasons I can't explain. There was a pile of broken parts left on the passenger floorboard of the car. When I brought this to the attention of their representative, he basically told me my car was a piece of crap anyways. Find a different shop - these guys are hacks.

We brought our Kia Nero EV here after it was hit by another driver at Bridgeport Cinema. Their insurance wanted us to use Caliber but we choose to support a local business. They were courteous, prompt, efficient and did a great job. We were completely satisfied.
