It was my first time dealing with an insurance claim for a parked vehicle hit by a tree, during a wind storm, that wasn't totaled. Chip knew exactly what he was doing and communicated it very well. I got my truck back looking like new. He is a busy man but well worth the wait. Highly recommend and would use again!
