Had a flawless experience buying a EV BMW i3 at Tucson Future Classics LLC! I started to look for an Ev for my son on Friday the 22th. I came across Tucson Future Classics listing online for an i3 bmw. Not only the description of the vehicle was more than complete but THE VIDEO and PHOTOS that Ben made / took absolutely sold me on the vehicle....It was so detailed with all the small imperfections listed, nothing was hidden. Definitely made me confident. I texted Brian the owner over the week end and by Monday 12pm I drove to Tucson from Phoenix to look and test drive the vehicle. After couple of texts and phone calls that afternoon we had a deal. All paper work transactions were very smooth and quick. Brian sold us the truck & Ben showed us the truck. Both gentlemen were nice & knowledgeable of the vehicle. They answered any & all of our questions about the vehicle & even showed us a few things we didn't notice. Brian has a great personality as he was friendly, funny, witty & clearly passionate about vehicles. Yes, the area might be a little intimidating to those not used to downtown, but we felt safe & had plenty of place to park the vehicle we drove there in.

I had been looking for a used BMW I3. Was utilizing CarGurus and one at Tucson Future Classics showed up. I reached out to them and Brian responded immediately. Car was available so went to see it. EV is new to me and Brian was very knowledgeable and shared everything about the car. Test drive went well and the car was in great shaped as I saw online. Price was fair so I bought it. Brian did all the paperwork, including EV tax credit. Very efficient and easy. Tucson Future Classics doesn’t look like a polished used car lot, but I found out that doesn’t matter. I had great experience with a knowledgeable team.
