A reliable, trustworthy auto body and repair shop is seemingly hard to find nowadays. However, after the few visits made to Tuffy’s, the countless phone calls about the status of the vehicle, their end-to-end vehicle diagnostics, and best customer service, I can confidently say all of my vehicles will be serviced by them moving my forward. The location in Hamilton County is superb, and coupled with their amazing service provider, Maurice, and their valued technician, Larry, this is an auto body and repair shop that anyone can trust and feel at ease. I called and spoke with the service advisor Maurice. He was very nice and helpful I was able to get my car in the next day. The technician Thomas that worked on my car did a great job. The price is very reasonable and has all around great customer service. I would recommend Tuffy Tire to everyone.

Maurice & his entire staff were just amazing. I am new to the area and will definitely return to Tuffy on Fields Ertel Road in Loveland, Ohio! They showed me what needed to be repaired. EASY 5 star rating from me. I talked to Maurice on the phone after calling a couple other tire places and was impressed with his professional and helpful tone. The whole profess was incredibly easy and was elevated by the politeness and humor of the service tech, Noah. I made my appointment the day of and received a notification that my vehicle was ready no more than two hours after I had dropped it off. Furthermore, a full car diagnostic (with photos) was included in my service work for free. I received a call once my car was ready and was given the confidence that numerous other systems on my car had been checked and confirmed as properly working without any extra charge. As communicated, if something were to have turned up as faulty, the service tech said they’d happily take care of it

What a team a TUFFY I drove by and thought wonder if they could get me in like their neighbor Jiffy. They did an excellent job on my car. Larry took care of getting me a coffee refill as he noticed my empty mug. I'll definitely be going back in 5k. Thanks Maurice and Larry
