I’m beyond amazed and impressed at the love and care I received at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center at Fort Gratiot. They took such great care of me I couldn’t believe it! I will definitely be coming back here for all of my auto care needs. Their mechanics are so skilled and professional and were able to recalibrate my braking system in a matter of minutes! You guys have got to come here to get your vehicles serviced. Best shop I’ve been to in all of my 30 years! God bless you all!!!

Road service put my spare on yesterday so I could get home. I wanted that tire repaired and wheel put back on rather than worry about having it stolen out of the bed of my pickup. Open Sunday? I'm in. Awesome service. Great guys. Fixed the tire and checked for any other issues. Answered my questions. Not pushy or rushed. Excellent, excellent service.

They started on my tires right at my appointment time! The whole process took about an hour and a half, the manager Jordan was super nice and chatted with me a bit while I was waiting. They diagnosed an issue with my tie rod and showed me up front what the issue was, they didn’t try to upsell me or pressure me to have them fix it or anything which I appreciated. Overall, it was a really great experience and I even paid less than what I was quoted online!
