Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center - Ft. Wayne

I am leaving 1 star for MOLLY. 5 stars for the techs! This is my second encounter with Molly and this shop. The first time I opted on NOT taking my car here because of molly and the prior tech guy person. This time I came to this tuffy for Austin and Rob.. Molly was extremely rude to me, continuously telling me theyre just techs and not to listen to them.. I followed them over from coldwater to west Jefferson because I trust their work and they have been taking care of my vehicle since my first encounter with Molly. Molly made it very known that she only cares about money and not her customers. I almost left and took my buisness elsewhere because of Molly's attitude. I have had such a great experience here every one was so helpful from management down to the techs. They have great techs thats knows exactly what they are doing and will guarantee you satisfaction. They work promptly to asure you have all parts needed to get the job done. I would recommend this tuffys to anyone who need there car repairs done..

I booked an appointment at this Tuffy’s location a week in advance for an oil change and a tire rotation, and I clearly noted in the comments that I also wanted a quote for a brake pad replacement because I was shopping around. I received multiple reminders about my appointment, so I assumed everything was confirmed. When I arrived on time, the woman at the front desk was friendly and provided the brake quote. I asked whether the quote was valid for 30 days, since I was comparing prices and this was my first estimate outside of the dealership. Instead of answering that, she told me that if I wasn’t going to proceed with an additional service, they “don’t do just oil changes on Saturdays.” This policy is nowhere stated online, and the booking system allowed me to schedule a Saturday appoin

The folks at Tuffy Tire & Service Center did an excellent job repairing my air conditioning system on my 2005 BMW 330i auto. They were responsive to my requests and provided good service at a reasonable price. Good job to the service providers at this location.

On December 13th, 2025, i had an issue with my truck idling too high. It required one of those advanced scanner computers mechanics have. I called around 1130, they had me in and done within minutes of arriving around 1245, didnt even set up an appointment, i called and asked if they could help. They were polite, professional and welcoming. I truly appreciate their hard, honest work ethic.
