Christine was awesome to work with. She got my truck in quickly and the turnaround time to get it fixed was very fast. She handled everything with my warranty company and kept me updated the entire way, which made the whole process stress-free. She’s the best, and I’ll definitely be bringing more trucks their way in the future.

Robs was amazing! He did his due diligence to find a difficult electrical issue that effected the starter. Got the job done quickly and at a VERY reasonable cost. Won't go anywhere else for future problems and maintenance for our cars!

Extremely pleased with how quickly and efficiently they were able to repair my girlfriend’s 2016 Jeep. We had purchased the vehicle about 3 weeks ago from CarMax, and I had noticed an oil leak from the Oil Filter Housing. CarMax stated they would let us know when we could come back to get that repaired, but when we called to follow up they were backed up. They directed us here to Duffy, as they work closely with them to get vehicles worked on and repaired. We dropped off the vehicle on Saturday, we were told it would get looked at Monday or Tuesday, and received the vehicle back today (Thursday) driving better than it did before. So I like to say I really think if you go to any repair shop it will be the same price and especially a dealership and my normal shop that I've been going to Schaumburg automatic for years has changed overtime and new the owner and mechanics back then. Very well that knew the family very, very well. And you and new are vehicles very well so moving onto find a good repair shop closer to home was challenging and so far tuffys been as close to home and I am impressed with the work and able to work with a customer as myself. They work on my equinox , with a full brake job and back rotors ,ect and Cruz and so i'd like to take the opportunity to eat to say thank you for your work.And I hope to continue to be a customer with the quality work that you do.Thank you

I’m so impressed with the way they handled my issue, I have never been treated with such respect, kindness and competence. I was given a complete rundown of any problem found & then explained all possible solutions & different costs. I was looking at the more costly solution when they discovered an almost no cost solution they found on their own. Everything is working perfectly and will bring my second car in soon for routine care. Would & will recommend with confidence. So refreshing to see a business that takes pride in their business, and actually seem to enjoy doing it! Ended a very bad year & started the new one with a smile on my face 😊
