Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

I was just saved by the gentleman at Tuffy auto.Chad and Richie. I was just finishing a delivery and my vehicle started acting up. I had a check engine light come on and was able to find a shop to pull into. I came in kind of flustered and without hesitation they were able to get it diagnosed and have me on my way in a hurry! Thank you for saving the day guys!😊

They did a great job mounting a set of 4 tires on my car. They got me in and out in an hour to balance and mount 4 tires, way quicker than expected. The Shop Manager and team were very helpful and personable. I would recommend this shop for any needs.

I did not personally get anything serviced here but Richard Jr. from this shop recommended that I take my 2015 Toyota Prius to his dad's shop (Starr's Auto Repair) in Navarre. The service manager there is Chris Cheeseman. Though I appreciated Richard Jr's love for the 2015 Toyota Prius, I did not appreciate the terrible recommendation to have his dad's shop look at it. Chris called me today to talk to me about my review of Starr's and this is my response: ​Mr. Cheeseman, ​Please be advised that we will not be returning our vehicle to Starr's Auto Repair in Navarre. ​We have authorized and paid for over $2,000 in repairs, yet the initial issues persist. Amazing service and great price. Fixed my brakes in 30 minutes before close. So grateful! I will definitely be back for future service.

My car broke down right in front of this place and I wasn't disappointed with the service. They were efficient and informed me what was happening every step of the way. The staff was nice.
