Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center - Mooresville

If I could give them 100 stars I would! I was having a HORRIBLE day. Not only did I have a nail in my tire, but while my car was being looked at my phone died! They were so accommodating! The receptionist allowed me to use a spare charger. Plenty of toys for my daughter to play with, and they even put on her favorite show. Everyone was super nice, the tech as well!! Definitely going back for any other needs!

I made an online appointment which was very convenient. I arrived a few minutes early and was professionally greeted and waited only a few minutes for my car inspection to begin. Not only was the gentleman at the desk thorough in describing what was done to my vehicle that day but also informed me what to expect on my 100,000 service. Thank you for a very good first visit to your facility.

Fantastic experience. They were extremely helpful and walked me through every step and explained the process and the why. They also took every step to save me a few dollars and provided transportation while I waited for the work to be done. They have gained a life long customer

Had an oil leak that needed addressing. They quickly addressed the filter issue and made the repair. They also noticed a brake issue that they were able to quickly fix. Great people and the services were priced fairly. I will not hesitate to use them for future car issues.

I had a great experience getting my oil Changed at this location. The Service specials, make the pricing more Affordable. The representative was kind, and not pushy about the additional Findings once my car was checked. I will definitely return as long as the service stays like this!
