Excellent Auto Shop! Very helpful over the phone, polite and well informed. Goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. Kept me posted via phone call every time a new charge may happen to get my permission before doing it. The mechanic did a fantastic job, diagnosis was prompt and correct and the repair was very time efficient. The price was very fair, much less than expected. Would suggest them to friends and family anytime. Got my business for good. Great job folks!

Everyone at this location is super kind, explains things extremely well. They helped me save money by investigating what I THOUGHT the problem was, figured out it was something else and saved me 600$ in additional repairs I would not have needed. I’ve gone to other mechanics who have lied to me about repairs, I’ve been scammed so I was very nervous and worried. It can be hard to trust people after that happens. I’ve had the opposite experience here and I really can’t thank everyone enough for how easy they made this whole process even when I kept having to reschedule. Fantastic team here!!!

Tuffy’s has handled my son’s 10 year old terrain for several situations. They do a fabulous job, offer options, fair prices and fast! And the Tuffy folks are super nice! In particular Lauren is very helpful and always friendly! I highly recommend Tuffy’s!

So the review before this one is from my daughter, Emma. I wanted to write one as well being her father who is 120 miles away from her as she attends CMU. When your daughter calls freaking out because her car sounds terrible and she has no idea what is wrong can cause some concern. I had her take a video so I could hear it and knew it was the exhaust. The first company that came to mind was Tuffy as I remember being a teenager in the 80’s and I went many times to the Tuffy on Telegraph road in the Detroit area. I Googled Tuffy in Mt. Pleasant and happily found this one. I made a call and talked to Maria who was absolutely amazing. She even said she could give Emma a ride back to her apartment, and back, if needed.
