Highly recommend. Twice now I’ve called with an issue that needed immediate attention fairly close to closing time. They’ve gotten me in both times and gotten me back on the road quickly. This latest time it was just a tire repair. But Dale made it happen and within 10 minutes I was good to go. Good people. Great service. Will be my first call next time.

I had an excellent experience at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center. I went in for a tire repair and a valve stem replacement, and I honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. The service provided by Wayne was absolutely outstanding. His professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to help were truly remarkable. Every employee I interacted with was polite, respectful, and clearly committed to doing the job right. The service was performed efficiently, with great attention to detail, and the price was more than fair. It’s rare nowadays to find a place where customer service, technical quality, and honesty come together so perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone in the area. “Yeah, That’s a Tuffy!” Sunday (9-28-25) I noticed how extremely bald one of my tires were on my truck. I have a spare under the bed but didn’t have a jack so I went to a few “tire shops”. At first I went to Walmart. There was one car being worked on by three employees out of the three bays. The other two were empty. I walk in and ask if they can put my spare on my truck and the guy at the desk said it would be a while they have a 2pm and 3pm appointment so it wouldn’t be until around 4pm. I walked out and went on to the next google search for tire repair. I arrived at Firestone, once again explained what I needed. Guy at the desk said they do not offer spare tire installs. I said okay how much for a new tire? They didn’t have a tire that would match. I walked out and on to the next one

This place is incredible. I take my 2020 Chevy Equinox here for any repair big or small and have received consistent excellent customer service. The staff is always transparent with the pricing and so fast with the service. I can’t recommend it enough.

I stopped by with 45m left till closing because a piece of plastic was dragging on the ground just under my front bumper. It looked like a bolt had rusted off. Kevin got the car in the bay so quickly I think I was still apologizing for coming so close to closing time! Soon he asked us to step in the back to show me I need a new oil pan. I just got this 02 Jetta wagon and already had a mechanic list what needed done. I love these guys matched what I already had on the agenda & didn’t try to bs Mr into any other roasts being a woman. I asked for a quote just to compare to my regular mechanic & Dale quickly gave me the quote - $300 LESS than my regular guy. I was in and out of there in less than 20m. No frivolous charges. They absolutely did the right things by me today!
