Fantastic experience today purchasing a 2026 Honda Pioneer 700. Very professional and Paul Hatton took time to answer our questions and determine which UTV was best for our needs. Did not over sale. Financing was simple, fast, and easy process. To top it off they are delivering it tomorrow. Great job!

I recently visited the showroom to see the bike I wanted to purchase. I was greeted and assisted by Brian, he seemed kind, and helpful. We briefly spoke about my potential trade in which I agreed to send pictures of for value. I got back home and sent in the pics with notes of one quarter sized dent and some clear coat peel. He responded “perfect! I will go to work on this for you” around 11:45am. I tried to check back in with him by 5pm since I hadn’t heard back. Got no response. This morning, I called to see if there was any progress and was transferred to Brian’s line. He didn’t answer so I left a voicemail asking if there was any progress and that I was ready to buy but haven’t heard back and that if I hadn’t heard anything in a few hours I would move in a different direction. Purchased a 2024 Husqvarna FC250 from these guys last month, and the place as a whole is great which is why it sucks to give it two stars. Started off with almost purchasing a KTM 250 and I had settled on a deal for nearly two weeks, for me to get there and later be told its actually a 450 and he never realized (not sure how you mess that up). Dealt with a salesman named Paul and seems like a great guy but at the end of the day, he's just trying to line his pockets. Sold on the bike in false promises of being able to do this and that, to come and find out no parts are available for it aftermarket, is not able to perform on highways the way Paul claimed. Outstanding Buying Experience — Even From Over 1,000 Miles Away I’m currently in the process of purchasing a new motorcycle from Tulsa Powersports in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the experience so far has been excellent. Living in Jacksonville, this purchase obviously requires a high level of trust since I can’t see or test the bike in person before delivery.
