My experience with Tune Craft was great. I have gone to other car shops in the area and have had bad experiences being a woman/young adult. All employees I interacted with at Tune Craft were respectful, helpful, and honest. They gave me an extremely fair quote on the extensive repairs needed for my car, and took extra time to search for used parts to get me the best deal they could. I highly recommend taking your car here.

Dropped my car off because it was making a noise intermittently. Called and let me know it wouldn’t make the sound they checked everything out said it is safe to drive. Need to drive it until the sound becomes more consistent. Did not charge me for looking at it. I will definitely be taking my car back when the noise becomes more consistent for diagnosis.
