I brought my car here because I get a discount with AAA, the diagnosis they ran was like 4 different things and wanted to keep the car for the whole day just to do labor because is the only way to hit your pockets. I've been coming to this Tunex for my emissions ever since moving back to Utah. I love that I can handle the registration at their office and not have to make an additional trip to the DMV. Randy is always extremely helpful and goes the extra mile for customer service.

I have brought my vehicles here a few times and every time the experience has been great! I have only dealt with Randy every time and he is straight forward, honest and very knowledgable. One time I took my vehicle there because I heard noise from the brakes. I thought it was time to change the brakes. They looked at them and called me and said that the brakes are fine for a while. I was shocked that they didn't try to sell me anything. So, I picked up my vehicle and took it back whenever I had other problems. They were able to diagnose the problems, tell me exactly what it needed and get it repaired and back on the road same day or next day. I did have to take it back one time for the same problem and they fixed it for free because it was under their warranty and didn't even try to charge
