Turbochargers Direct

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Turbochargers Direct and would not purchase another turbocharger from this company. My mechanic, who has been a certified professional for many years, located Turbochargers Direct after exhausting all local suppliers and being unable to find the required turbocharger for my 2015 Chevy. We agreed to purchase a turbo from Turbochargers Direct based on the advertised three-year warranty. After receiving the turbocharger, my mechanic professionally installed it. The vehicle was driven less than three miles when the turbo failed. My mechanic immediately contacted Turbochargers Direct to report the issue and initiate a warranty claim. Joe (Joey W.), the Sales Manager at Turbochargers Direct, was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. The turbo for my vehicle is no longer manufactured, but Joey went above and beyond to locate one and get it shipped out quickly. Great experience. Called first to verify they had my turbocharger for my 2007 Dodge Ram in stock. They did, had new turbo in hand within a week (cross country shipping). Came with all new gaskets and bolts needed (they should list that on website, I purchased some separate but returned them). Install went great, fixed all my problems. Full power back, exhaust brake working strong again. Core return went smoothly and they refunded core charge the day it got to them. I highly recommend these folks for your replacement turbos! Oh yeah, they were the best price I found for a brand new oem unit too, can't beat it!

Outstanding customer service, excellent pricing, fast shipping and a knowledgeable staff. It takes a lot to impress me but these guys check every box. The service I received from Stefan was fantastic. I highly recommend them if you're in need of a turbo!
