Hands down probably the worst person to deal with, you ask any questions about his turbos and he will either get mad at you or just straight block you. Has a hard time responding to people but is super active on his pages banning people who have questions, all of the good posts and good reviews you see are him just with fake accounts because he has nothing better to do.

Kent Barnes is truly a class act. What he did for me was the epitome of what real customer service and dedication one has to the craft. He truly loves his work and is not in it just for the money. I'm based in the Philippines and I read about Kent Barnes and his amazing work on modifying turbos through a local tuner-friend (Jed Neri).I needed to replace my ATP GTX3076 turbo in my STI due to oil leak issues possibly related to the clocking process I did to it all by myself several years back to redirect the oil drain pipe a few degrees.Turbo was not brand new anymore when I reclocked it so I may have broken off the seals. Hands down best experience I've had with ANY automotive related company around. Kent and his team were very professional, and more than willing to build whatever needed to happen! Very knowledgeable, and taught me so much. I was walked through the shop and he hand picked and showed me every single piece that was going to be incorporated into my custom turbo build. This will not be my last turbo from Kent and his experts! I would highly recommend this company for any of your turbo needs! Can't wait for a set of twins for my truck now!

Been dealing with Kent for about 4 years now and have ordered dozens of turbos and let me tell you, they have all delivered phenomenal results and I’ll continue to buy from the best. Kent has built or rebuilt several turbos for me over the years. He is very knowledgeable, very thorough, and is detail oriented. He has an incredible work ethic, and is always up front and honest, which is not usually the case when dealing with other turbo re-builders. Kent has designed new parts and upgrades for many common turbos, and has an incredible ability to tailor a solution for your needs or build specs. His attention to detail, ability and workmanship is much appreciated and I will continue to have him build my turbos into the future.
