**Extremely Disappointing Experience with Turn 1 May River Location** I truly hate to write a negative review about a local business, but my experience with Turn 1 at their May River location in 2025 was extremely frustrating. Attempts to resolve this with Ryan and Amanda were unsuccessful. Ryan Morgan will not handle a dispute if one arises and his wife Amanda hung up on me when I was given a number to reach Ryan in regards to settling dispute. Here's a breakdown of the issues I faced: 1. Initial Contact and Delays: I contacted Turn 1 on 2/7/2025 to install a basic hitch on a fleet vehicle.
