I've bought two cars from Daniel at Turner, and both experiences were outstanding. He is honest, knowledgeable, and I genuinely felt he was focused on making my experience easy. Shout out to Jonathan Rosales (salesman) and Ricardo Torres (finances). The wife and I went car shopping but didn't think the first one we drove and looked at would be the one we bought. We did look at other vehicles to make sure we were making a wise decision and while Jonathan was all set to get us started, when we put gentle brakes on the pending sale, he was very understanding and accepting. But when we came back he joked that he knew we would be! All the paperwork with Ricardo was as quick painless as it can be when you apply for financing. Great team and I will look to Turner when it comes time for another vehicle.

My experience with Turner Automotive came through a diagnostic provided by a private seller of a high end camper van. The misreporting done on that diagnostic was so DANGEROUSLY NEGLIGENT it could have cost mine and my family's LIVES. The diagnostic was done just previous to the sale and only a few more miles were driven before we took possession. Turner reported that the front brakes were fine with 6/32 left on the front pads and 5000 miles left before needing to be looked at--instead the BRAKES FAILED COMPLETELY, LIKE IN THE MOVIES, in the middle of Utah only 700 miles after the diagnostic. We were lucky we weren't on an incline or otherwise dangerous 4x4 road, it's hard to imagine. Every mechanic that has looked at the evidence, including the mechanics who did the repair in Utah agreed

We drove from GJ to check out a car at Turner Automotive. The customer service was phenomenal and Lupe was so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the car we were looking at wasn't quite big enough for our growing family, so we didn't buy a car. However, Lupe was patient with us and very informative on the type of car that would better suit our needs! Great place to go if you're needing a new/used car.

We had searched everywhere including Kansas, Phoenix, Oklahoma trying to find a replacement for the Denali that had been totaled in an accident on 9/18. As a last ditch effort I searched on Cargurus and this beauty came up and was only 10 minutes from my house. Thanks to Shawna Mills I now have my new Denali.
