Wonderful experience, they helped fix my van immediately and with a lot of professionalsm.

The shop is ran by Tommy Turner, owner for 30 years. Great guy with a great team. Scott checked out my car for me after I noticed a leak in my radiator. He helped me out and told me what was going on with my car. I was probably in the lobby for an hour or so. I will definitely be coming back for my mechanic needs! (Bonus: Tommy pointed out this portrait to me, this is from when he was a kid!)

This was my first time going here and I was referred by Havoline Xpress. I thought I was having an issue with my alternator. These guys plugged it up to see for sure what was causing the issue with no charge. I then found out, it was my battery and not my alternator. I appreciate the honesty and the help. I didn’t feel like they tried taking advantage of me. I will definitely be going back for all my maintenance with my car. They also offered to install my battery if auto parts wouldn’t do it.

Edited to add had the pleasure of doing buisness with Mr Tommy and his crew again. Completely satisfied!! I drive 40 min to get service here. I always know whats going on and always leave happy. Thanks once again Turner Automotive 😊 10/10 recommend Turner automotive. Brought my car in last month for a miss, it was spark plug issues. They fixed me up and didn't try and rip me off. I was very happy with my experience so much so I brought our truck in yesterday for ac work. Again 10/10 recommend. Honesty is rare in this real world esp with mechanics and a woman bringing a vehicle in. Turner is honest and VERY GOOD! I'd send my own children there for auto work!

I was referred to Turners by one of my clients. I’m also seeking treatment at MD Anderson which requires me to travel to Houston every month. Having my car running in tip top shape was crucial. Mr Turner and his mechanic Scott worked diligently to diagnose and repair many problems on my car. The communication was outstanding which is a huge plus. Don’t think twice about bringing your car in here they are above average in all areas. Very reasonable and extremely honest. Hard to find these days. They fixed all my issues and had my car in top shape in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Turner Automotive. I will not use anyone but Turners in the future.
