Turners Alignment and Tire

Not really sure how I feel about this place. The pricing is affordable and the staff was quick and friendly, but I wasn’t informed until my car was already on the lift that it would be an additional $60 to straighten the steering wheel on top of the alignment. At first, I thought this was an optional add-on. After calling several other local shops, I learned that most include steering wheel centering with an alignment, or charge at most an extra $20–$30. What bothered me most was the lack of transparency. I was quoted $89.99 for an alignment at the desk, and only after the car was being worked on was I told about the additional charge. Hands down the best service I’ve ever had. Jason and his team treated me so well, working on my car til it was perfect. They cared about my safety first and ensured me and my kids were safe on the road. I’m so glad I found them and will never go anywhere else. Just all around good people. Best service in town! Very reasonable! Did not try to price gouge me! I cracked my rim & had a nail in tire, they could've easily given me another tire.. they were honest and I just needed to repair my rim. Highly recommend. Thank you I will be back 🤗

The crew at Turners is amazing. I cannot stress this enough. I had my car towed there thinking I needed a wheel alignment and it was much, much worse. While you're waiting they text you the status of your vehicle and my report said that my little Blue Cavalier was unsafe to drive. I had to junk it. I had no clue how to proceed. I'm so sorry I cannot remember the gentleman's name who came and talked to me but he went next door and talked to Omar at Barajas Auto about towing my car to a salvage yard. Mr. Robert who does your intake at Turners is awesome! Everyone at Turners is top notch. Had my tires rotated elsewhere and noticed a slight pulling to the right but wasn’t sure if I needed an alignment or balance. My friend recommended I come here and I’m glad I did. I was impressed that I received a before and after report on my tires. This is going to be my go to spot for whatever tire issues I may have from here on out. Many thanks to Robert, Jason and Corey.
