After my familys second car broke down, I discovered Turps Auto Sales through Google and decided to visit them. Joe provided exceptional customer service, being both friendly and helpful as he understood our requirements. His honesty and transparency regarding the vehicles were impressive, and he demonstrated a willingness to work with his customers. The Subaru we considered did require some minor repairs, including a small exhaust leak and new front brakes. Joe offered us the option to purchase the vehicle 'as-is' or have the repairs done at a local garage for the listed price. 10/10 he got me out of a truck I didnt feel comfortable driving even gave couple thousand on top! Unheard of! This mazda 3 is an amazing car. I feel more free then ever without that truck

I would like to thank Joe for an amazing experience buying a truck from his business. The truck was advertised as inspectable in 2 states. That was not the case due to a bad frame and some other issues. Joe replaced the entire frame as well as many other parts. Yes he had the truck for a while doing the work but it was all worth wait. His mechanic Mike did an amazing job. Daily updates were sent showing the progress along with pictures of the work. Thank you for the honesty and making the right. Joe was a complete gentleman in every sense of the word, he even picked me up from the Amtrak train station. He was 100% honest about every single detail of the car, both good and bad, therefore, there were no surprises. The thing I admired the most about our interaction was that he gave me his word that he would wait for me to arrive from NYC and not sell the car to anyone else. I’ve been searching for a reliable car on FB for a good while now and it’s extremely difficult to find someone you can trust. I would recommend him to my family members and friends in the future.
