I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED OR TREATED SO POORLY OVER 26.00 IN MY LIFE! THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONES AND WORKS THE DESK IS RUDE AND WAS SUPER UNHELPFUL WITH A SITUATION HER LACK OF LISTENING SKILLS CREATED WHEN I CALLED AND EXPLAINED MY SITUATION AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT....NOT ONLY WAS SHE RUDE AND SNARKY AND ACTED LIKE I JUST TRYING TO NOT PAY! SHE MUST HAVE SAID SOMETHING PRETTY HORRIBLE TO THE OWNER WHO THREATENED TO DRAIN THE OIL BACK OUT OF MY CAR...BUT IT WAS EXTREMELY EMBARRASSING AN UNNECESSARY...SHE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HERSELF AND THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE DELIVERED TODAY!! This guy was OBNOXIOUS with his "trumping" signs and up-side-down flags everywhere. Trumps tariff-taxes shut him down now. Hilarious irony that his own obsession that ended up bankrupting him out of business.

In reference to Zac Richmond's review. He reached out to me after visiting this shop with concerns with the inspection issues. He was told the tires were dry rotted, his tire pressure sensors were bad and that his valve stems were so corroded that they could even put air in the tires. So I told him I would take it elsewhere for a second appion. Wouldn't you know it the tires passed. They where magically able to put air in the tires. The low air sensor on the dash went off. This is the worst automotive repair shop that anyone can go to unless maybe you are there friend's and family. I read other reviews and the recurring tend I see is if your inspection is already up when you go in bad tires is there go to. Your not even backed by the BBB. Abysmal customer service. 3rd time there, Treated like some sort of 2nd class citizen or criminal. Just trying to mount and balance a set of loose tires. I have been trying to find a local tire shop since I moved out this way and try to support local small business, I work for one in the same town, I Can have the work done at Walmart for 2/3 the price... Walked out today and will be taking my business back to Walmart.

Needed an alternator. Repeatedly told the guy I only had so much money. I could afford the alternator but if the battery was bad I couldn't afford the work. Was very clear about my budget by repeating myself several times. Guy said we'll hope for the best! No! I have just so much money. The battery was bad and they did the whole job which was $150 more than I had!!!! No apologies. No admissions. Didn't even acknowledge my budget which was told to him many times. They were condescending. He stated I approved the work which was untrue. I could have the car towed back to my home! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
