2025 Road Glide CVO/ST had my bike serviced after getting back from a 5300 mile trip. While on the trip the screen went black. I call a dealership and they told me to pull the main fuse. That still didn't work. Drove for 2 days out in the Washington mountains not knowing how fast I was going. Then it just happened to turn back on it own. This issues has happened 3 times now. Harley has no solutions to the issue. I'll be the lucky one, it goes black after the crummy warrenty and I'll have to dish out the $$. While driving to the dealership to get serviced the side air wing deflector just fell off. They would not warrenty the issue. Also the glove box door latch broke during the trip, and that wasn't warrentied either.

Bought my 5th bike from this dealer. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Everyone here is top notch, going above and beyond. Starting with the GM, to the finance manager, sales guys, parts guys, service department is 2nd to none. And the clothing department gals. Treat you like family! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend this dealership

Tim Sanders met with us and asked solid questions about our next purchase. Went to apparel and the hat we wanted wasn't there, however HLM took the extra time and found the hat on line. She caught us just before walking out the door to place the order with her.Prior to leaving stopped to let Tim know how our experience was and provided his card for future communication. Now all of that is amazing service!!

Tim and Sam took excellent care to get me on the ride I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. They went above and beyond, in my opinion, to help get my bike ready to roll with the parts I needed before the deal was sealed. I appreciate the service team for making that happen too.

Kane and Erik were very friendly and helped me to get the exact bike I wanted. This was my first time buying a new bike from there, but I’ve always had great service from everyone at Blaine whether it’s from parts, service, or sales.
