Very happy with the customer service and experience this team has. My husband and I just wanted to look around and see which vehicle our baby's car seat would fit into better, as we were unhappy with our current vehicles. Ended up putting it in a 23 Tahoe and trading both of our vehicles in. While buying a car is difficult, having a baby makes it 10x harder. The team was very accommodating and held our little one so we could sign papers and get out of there! Couldn’t ask for better service and didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. Thanks to Ana, Mike, Kyra and Bre, we have a sweet new rig to take care of our family. Can’t wait for the many adventures we will be able to take now without all being squished into a small car.

My husband and I came in with our son today to buy a car and we had a great experience. Run, don't walk to Twin Falls Sales and Rentals if you want to buy or rent a car. My first contact was with Austin. He listened to my wish list and said that he thought that just such an SUV had come in. He had me talk with Anna, who sold it to me and arranged to have the front seats reupholstered immediately. Brandy did a fabulous job of detailing. If you did not know that if was a used SUV, you would think that it were new. Anna and Alfredo delivered it to me and patiently answered further questions and when I thanked her profusely Anna quickly said that she worked with a great group of people.
